WTF is Web 2.0? It it just another buzzword or does it actually matter?

Well I'm not going to attempt to define it here, just point you to some other people that attempt to define it.

I have seen lots of sites using 0keyword.com for a domain name so they can append web2 to it.. e.g. web2.0central.com/.

The buzzword machines are in overdrive, my personal favorite is mashup.
