Woosh buys Quicksilver and IPTV rights from sky

Woosh has recently purchaced Quicksilver for an undisclosed sum . This is after Woosh has lost $70 million so far – having 20,000 wireless customers, this equates to Woosh loosing $3,500 for each wireless customer it currently has.

Woosh has also made another deal with SKY TV to secure IPTV rights.

Finally, chief executive Woosh’s Bob Smith, who before working at Woosh was founding chief executive of Xtra, resigned on the 24th of July.
